AI Engineer PathTerms of use

AI Engineer Path is provided by Kwok Cheung Poon (“we”). These terms add to the licence below and explain what the course is and is not.
Licence
The app is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). If these terms and the standard EULA conflict, the standard EULA applies.
Purchases and refunds
The app is sold through the App Store. Apple handles payment, and refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Educational content
The course teaches general engineering practice. It is not professional, legal or financial advice. Model names, prices, limits and certification details were checked on the dates shown in the app and change often, so confirm anything important against the provider’s current documentation before relying on it.
Costs outside the app
The app works offline with no account. Running the exercises is optional and happens outside the app. Exercises that call the Claude API need your own Anthropic account and are charged by Anthropic, and GitHub Codespaces use beyond GitHub’s free allowance is charged by GitHub. You are responsible for those charges and for following those providers’ terms.
Code and course text
Runnable versions of the course’s code examples are published under the MIT licence in the companion repository, and you may use them in your own projects on those terms. The course text, quizzes, diagrams and app design are © Kwok Cheung Poon; please do not republish them.
Third parties
AI Engineer Path is an independent course. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic or any certification provider. Product names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify those products. Linked websites are run by others, and we are not responsible for their content.
No warranty
We work to keep the course accurate, but it is provided as is, and we do not promise that it is free of errors or that following it will lead to a particular result, such as passing an exam. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
